    Plan your move

Very soon you will begin working in your dreamy, new office. It’s a wonderful feeling! But first, something less pleasant… Moving! Nobody likes this time-consuming process, but with our advice, things should go as smoothly as possible.

    Office handover

Your company legal representatives must be present during the handover. When handing over the office, we will also provide access cards, along with a handover protocol which includes all the needed details related to the rented space.

    Delivery hours

You must plan the delivery of any new furniture/office equipment and the move itself for the evening hours (after 7:00 PM) or during the weekend to limit the inconvenience to other tenants.

    Report and confirm delivery

The move must be reported to the Building Manager, and executed in accordance with the following rules.

    MOVING – STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

Prior to moving, please contact the Building Manager at least 14 calendar days in advance in order to agree on date and time of moving.

    STEP 2

Please provide the name of your moving company and the name of your contact person responsible for the moving process in your company.

    STEP 3

Your moving company employees must be easy to identify by the security guards and other tenants. At least one day before the planned moving, security guards must receive a list of people involved in the moving process or authorised to access the building for the moving operations.

    STEP 4

Vehicles with tenant’s furniture and equipment must be directed to the underground car park or ground floor.

    STEP 5

Remember that you are responsible for supervising employees and equipment required during moving.

    STEP 6

    Measures to be taken:

    • Any trolleys used inside the building must have rubber wheels and must not leave any dirt or traces behind.

    • All surfaces where transport is going to take place must be adequately protected (also floors and walls in elevators and elevator lobbies).

    • Computers and other small office equipment must be transported in cardboard boxes or other appropriate containers.

    • All items must be transported in closed boxes properly protected against adverse weather conditions.

    • All packages must be marked and contain destination information such as floor number, office number, and your company name.

    • Any additional information on how to handle the package must be also placed on it. Boxes edges must be secured so that they do not damage anything inside or outside the building.

•The elevators can only be used for deliveries if the transported goods do not cause any damage.

    Delivery zone

For the delivery of large parcels including tenant’s furniture and equipment, the access should be made through the underground parking area and the cargo lift assigned to the specific building should be used. The Building Manager will indicate the place where your delivery company can park.

    Pro Tip

There’s a height limit for entering the underground garage. Trucks exceeding 2.05 m in height should park outside, in places assigned by the security guard.

    Surface parking for delivery trucks

Couriers should use the outside parking lot if the only way to deliver a large package is through the indicated entrance, or if their truck’s size exceeds the height limits.

    Cargo lift

Inform the moving company (and other suppliers) that they cannot block the freight lift. Also, remember that not everything can fit in it. Below are the dimensions of the Campus freight lifts.
